JOSEPH J. RUSSO, ESQUIRE

Joseph J. Russo is the founder of the Russo Law Firm. He has been practicing law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 12 years handling a wide variety of cases including personal injury, criminal, real estate, family, and immigration. He is committed to providing strong legal representation and personalized services for his clients.

Joe grew up in South Philadelphia and continues to reside there today. He took on an early interest in helping out the local community serving as a Judge of Elections and Committee Person in the 2nd Ward. He has also does work for the Democratic City Committee serving constituents throughout the city. After graduating from LaSalle University, Joe earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in November 2006. He has clerked with several Judges throughout the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and spent over 10 years working at another law firm specializing in personal injury cases including car accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice where he worked tirelessly to earn substantial verdicts for his clients.

Joe is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association. He also serves as a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Please as well as serving as court appointed counsel for Defendants in criminal cases.
